Ripping you off Stage 3
Docker made containers easy, and Docker Hub is still the default place images are pulled from. That default is now being monetised: Pro rose from $5 to $9 a seat and Team from $9 to $15 (2024), and Hub added hourly pull caps for free and anonymous users (2025). Extraction plus gatekeeper lock-in. Stage 3.
